Strategic Partners

Growth Multiplies When
the Right Partners Align.

We partner with organisations that share one belief: small businesses deserve compounding systems, not one-off tactics. If your organisation already has the trust of the owners and founders we serve, there is probably a partnership worth exploring.

No fee to partner Non-exclusive by default Mutual referral, not one-sided

The Case for Us

What Makes This Worth Your Introduction.

A referral spends your credibility. Here is why we think ours is a safe place to spend it.

🎯

Expert-Led Delivery

Every engagement is guided directly by a thought leader in brand clarity and growth systems — not handed to a junior account team. The person your contact meets is the person who does the work.

🧰

A Tangible Systems Stack

New Dawn CRM, The Lead Accelerator™, Contractor Lead Accelerator™, and the 24/7 AI Virtual Assistant™ give you something specific to point at — not a vague "they do marketing."

🤝

Clients Own What We Build

Systems are built in the client's own accounts, with their data, and their team is trained. That means a referral you make doesn't become a dependency you're implicated in.

📊

Documented Client Results

Named clients, quoted directly, with real figures — a 34% conversion lift, 52% booking growth, $13,500 recovered in a quarter. See the case studies →

🇺🇸

National Reach, Local Presence

Offices in Saint Louis and New York, serving small businesses across all 50 states. Your members or clients aren't limited by geography.

🛡️

We'll Say No

If a business you send us isn't a fit, we tell them plainly and point them elsewhere rather than taking the work. Your reputation is part of what's at stake in every introduction.

Who We're Looking For

Seven Partner Categories.

If your organisation sits in one of these — or at the intersection of two — we'd like to talk.

Technology & Software Partners

SaaS platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, point-of-sale systems, and industry-specific software serving small businesses. The fit works when your functionality complements New Dawn CRM rather than competing with it.

Typical formIntegration exploration, mutual referral, co-authored content or webinars, and occasionally a bundled offer where both audiences genuinely benefit.

Trade Associations & Chambers of Commerce

Local, regional, and national trade associations, chambers, and small business advocacy bodies. Your members consistently ask for marketing help; we can be a vetted answer rather than a cold search.

Typical formMember-benefit arrangements, sponsored workshops or educational sessions, and preferred-vendor status giving members access to brand clarity and growth systems.

Franchise Networks & Multi-Location Brands

Franchisors and multi-location groups needing consistent marketing systems, lead generation, and AI automation across locations — while preserving each location's local identity and owner autonomy.

Typical formA standardised system template deployed location-by-location, with local configuration, plus onboarding support for new franchisees.

Complementary Professional Service Providers

CPAs and accounting firms, business attorneys, financial and wealth advisors, insurance agencies, commercial real estate brokers, and business coaches — professionals who serve small business owners but don't offer marketing services themselves.

Typical formGenuine two-way referral. Your clients need brand clarity and growth systems; ours regularly need trusted advisors in adjacent disciplines.

Nonprofit, Faith-Based & Mission-Driven Organisations

Churches, nonprofit networks, community foundations, and mission-driven organisations needing marketing clarity, donor engagement systems, and automation built for real budgets and volunteer-dependent teams.

Typical formAdjusted pricing for member organisations, shared educational programming, and access to our annual pro bono capacity. See our Social Impact commitment →

Incubators, Accelerators & Higher Education

Small Business Development Centers, university entrepreneurship programmes, incubators, and startup accelerators supporting founders who need brand clarity and systems well before they need an internal marketing team.

Typical formCohort workshops, curriculum contribution, mentor participation, and access to our free diagnostic tools as programme resources.

Referral & Affiliate Partners

Independent consultants, coaches, freelancers, and boutique agencies offering adjacent but non-competing services — web development, photography and video, bookkeeping, HR and staffing, commercial insurance — who work alongside small business owners regularly.

Typical formInformal or formal referral exchange, with co-marketing to shared audiences where it makes sense. Solo consultants are explicitly welcome here; this category exists for you.

Structures

Three Ways This Actually Works.

Most partnerships start at the top of this table and only move down if both sides want them to.

Partnership types, best fit, and what each typically includes
Type Best fit for What it typically includes
Referral Partner Professional services, coaches, consultants, freelancers, boutique agencies Informal or formal two-way referral. No agreement required to start; a simple written understanding once volume justifies it.
Technology & Platform SaaS, fintech, scheduling, POS, industry-specific software Integration exploration, co-referrals, joint content or webinars, and potentially a bundled offer.
Strategic Alliance Associations, chambers, franchise networks, incubators, nonprofit networks Formal written agreement covering member or cohort benefits, sponsored programming, and ongoing collaborative touchpoints.

Honest Criteria

What Makes a Partnership Work — and What Doesn't.

Stated plainly so you can self-select before either of us spends time on a call.

We're Looking For…

  • A genuine, active relationship with small business owners or founders
  • An offer that complements ours rather than duplicating it
  • Alignment on integrity and transparency — including telling clients "no"
  • Willingness to invest real time; the best partnerships are mutual
  • Someone who cares what happens to the people they refer

Probably Not a Fit If…

  • You offer competing marketing or consulting services
  • You're looking for one-directional lead flow toward you
  • You want to resell our services under your own brand
  • Your audience isn't small business owners or founders
  • You'd want us to pay for placement or introductions

The Process

Four Steps. No Paperwork to Begin.

1

Introductory Conversation

A short call to understand your organisation, your audience, and what a genuinely valuable partnership would look like from your side — not just ours.

2

Alignment Review

We assess mutual fit honestly: audience overlap, values alignment, and the specific ways each side could support the other. If it isn't there, we'll say so.

3

Agreement (If Needed)

Referral partnerships often need nothing written at all. Formal alliances get expectations, referral processes, and any co-marketing commitments documented.

4

Activation

Cross-promotion, joint content, member benefits, or integration work — whatever the partnership type calls for, with a named contact on each side.

Partnership Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cost to become a partner?
No. Partnership is a relationship, not a purchased placement. Some formal alliances may include sponsorship or co-investment opportunities by mutual agreement, but baseline partnership carries no fee in either direction.
Do you require exclusivity?
No. Most partnerships are non-exclusive. Exclusivity is only considered for select strategic alliances where it genuinely creates mutual value — and it would be a negotiated decision, never a condition of talking to us.
Can solo consultants or freelancers apply, or only larger organisations?
Both, genuinely. The Referral & Affiliate category exists specifically for independent consultants, coaches, and freelancers who work alongside small business owners. Some of the most valuable partnerships are one-person operations with deep trust in a specific niche.
How do referral arrangements work commercially?
It depends on the partnership and we'd rather discuss it openly than publish a formula. What we can commit to upfront: whatever we agree is documented in writing before any referral changes hands, and we will never quietly change terms on a partner who has already sent us business.
What happens to someone I refer who isn't a good fit?
We tell them honestly during the free strategy session and point them toward a better option, including a competitor if that's the right answer. Your introduction spends your credibility — we won't take work we can't do well and leave you holding the consequence.
Will you white-label your services under my brand?
Generally no. Our model depends on the client working directly with the strategist doing the work, and white-labelling breaks that. If you're an agency wanting capability you don't have in-house, a co-delivery arrangement where both brands are visible is a conversation we're open to.
What happens after I reach out?
A member of our team responds within one business day to arrange an introductory conversation. No sales sequence, no pitch deck — the first call is genuinely about understanding whether there's something here for both sides.
