New Dawn Solutions wasn't born in a boardroom. It was built from years in the trenches alongside business owners — watching what worked, learning what didn't, and refusing to accept mediocrity as the standard.
Our founder, Jallah K. Bolay, grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs. Both of his parents were business owners. So were his aunt and several close family members. Business wasn't a career path he chose later — it was a way of life, a language spoken at the dinner table.
At 17 years old, Jallah made a choice most people never make. He committed hours every single week to helping local business owners and leaders with whatever projects they had on hand — free, with no financial obligation, no invoice, no catch. In return, they mentored him. They opened their books. They walked him through their reasoning, the pros and cons they weighed, and every undermining factor behind their decisions.
That habit became a ritual. And that ritual became an unparalleled strategic advantage: years of full, uncensored, direct access to executive-level operations, real decision-making, market trends, and the actual patterns behind why businesses grow — and why they fail.
Layer on a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration, an Advanced MBA program in progress, countless high-value professional development programs, and hands-on consulting across industries from hospitality and resorts to nonprofits, tech, and local services — and New Dawn Solutions was built on one foundational belief:

The work started long before the name existed. What began as a teenager trading free labour for real mentorship became a practice, then a method, then a methodology refined across dozens of businesses. In August 2025, that practice was formally incorporated as New Dawn Solutions Marketing & Consulting Agency.
We mention the date deliberately. Plenty of agencies imply decades of history they don't have. We'd rather be precise: the company is young, the practice behind it is not, and the systems we install were proven inside real businesses long before there was a logo on the invoice.
